Please read our strict return and exchange protocols below before initiating a request.
01. RETURN POLICY
Returns are strictly approved only for specialized manufacturing defects. This includes severe fabric tears or improper/damaged printing.
We do not accept returns for subjective reasons such as "I don't like how it looks" or general change of mind.
02. EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are unhappy with the fit or the look of the item, you may request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in 100% resaleable condition. It must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags intact.
03. THE VERIFICATION PROCESS
All returned and exchanged items undergo a strict quality check.
Your refund or replacement item will only be processed and dispatched after the original product has successfully reached our warehouse and passed our physical condition verification.
